The powerhouses readily used a bunch of Elemental crystals and other readily usable resources for power up after finishing their daily tasks assigned by the Unfettered Kingdom.

The best place to train was Blessed Island, but not everyone was allowed on it. Only those who completed the Unfettered Kingdom's tasks of bringing resources and working daily were allowed.

This way, Erix, Rin, and others only needed to spend time on the Blessed Island to focus on getting stronger.

The Alchemy Pavilion under Aria's leadership was progress well. All fifteen members of Alchemy Pavilion were handpicked to be girls and women who had no families or relatives so they could stay on the Blessed Island and become a valuable core force of Alchemy for the Unfettered Kingdom.
