Hearing the words and the tone of Erix, everyone was dumbfounded. An uproar began among people.

"Why, Erix? It would help if you could provide a sound reason," Kaflan said, his voice ringing high and wide to suppress the normal talks of people.

"The reason is simple," Erix smiled. "This Sanctuary Area is a protection zone, so keeping guild territories here is just taking needless space."

"It's not an efficient use of this area," Erix narrowed his eyes and continued.

"We have Guild-dungeons for structures and other ways to strengthen Guild Bases, so people who don't live in Guild territories should build their houses here in the sanctuary zone."

Just as Erix finished speaking, another uproar began, even bigger than before.

But this time, the general public was cheering loudly!
