Rain could understand that… in any case, Rain tried to find Rais' location, but it didn't seem like he would be on the surface of the planet. Using all those giant trees, he could have countless shields that could work as living defense mechanism, he could tell that they would defend their base at any cost, after all.

After using Remote Viewing to check most parts of that planet from a distance, Rain didn't find any large concentration of energy anywhere… the enemy was truly hidden within, and Rain didn't have time to waste.
