Bab 1242: Not over

Rain's body, battered and bruised, slowly rose from the ground. The demon king couldn't hide his surprise, having underestimated Rain's resilience. Despite the visible signs of damage, Rain's determination burned brightly in his eyes.

"You triggered my trap card…" Rain said. 

The demon king raised his guard for something to happen, but nothing actually happened. So, he realized that he fell for another of Rain's stupid antics. In the end, Rain got up and then cleaned the blood from his mouth. The demon king planned to charge at Rain again, but soon his eyes got blurry. Some blood began to fall from Rain's nose, and thanks to it, the demon king realized that there was something in the air.

The demon king covered his nose and began to heal himself, but that didn't improve things at all. Rain had used some kind of poison that affected Seadrei more than himself since the time he stopped using the wrath path.
