Midas soared through the sky, his massive wings, that he had grown out on a whim, spread wide open as he glided effortlessly over the blue ocean.

The Ocean was the same colour. At least some things don't change, heh!

Midas flexed his hands, clenching and unclenching them and feeling the surge of power coursing through his veins while also reminiscing about what he had been holding in those hands a few moments ago.

The encounter with Tatenda had been… entertaining, to say the least. 

She had tried to exert some control and influence over him, and Midas, who was very well-read on shit tests like these from women, immediately understood that this was a nagging tactic.
