Most people at that moment had physical stats in the eights and nines and that gave them the ability to run at 40 m/s and jump 50 meters into the air from rest.

Although these were superhuman feats, they were not enough in this place that demanded more and more of them at every turn. It was an insane thing to say, but they were weak! Extremely Weak.
