Bab 118: Quarantined!

Back at the Fort, although the time according to human 24-hour cycles was about 1 am, thus meaning that most people should be asleep, the atmosphere was abuzz with activity and motion.

Ever since Midas left almost an hour ago, things did not settle down at all.

After he left, the Soldiers and Patrolmen at first did not know what to do with the information. Midas had just upped and left just like that saying he was going to be having some fun. He was too quick, and they did not even know where he was by then. How were they going to stop him?

But they still were an army and as such, they had a hierarchy. This meant that it was not them who needed to make the decision, but their higher-ups, who were proven to be stronger and more competent than them.
