Bab 88: If You Carry the Light Within

— 30 minutes ago, at some location in the desert — 

The red sun stood tall and bright in the sky, illuminating the desert beneath it and making the sands shine in a resplendent fashion. The red desert floor spread out evenly in an almost flat plain distribution with some hills and valleys at select places. However, in one area there stood a sand hill that was taller than any other.

And this hill was special because it had holes in it. It stood tall at a height of 50 meters and spread out to an area of 300 meters. There was minimal activity on the outside at that moment, but if one headed inside those holes, one would see a whole different story.

The hill comprised large hole entrances but there was an even larger gaping entrance that was filled with the burliest looking of the creatures. This one large entrance was like a gaping maw that if one dared to go through, would lead them to a whole new world.
