"Come on, everyone, let's settle this." Clint Barton walked down the street, bow and arrow in hand, muttering to himself.
"What's going on, buddy?" A car approached as expected, and a gun-wielding hulk jumped out of the car.
"Hello, you guys caught me." Clint Barton greeted them.
"Hawkeye, are you heading somewhere? You might be late." One of the hulks swung a baseball bat at Clint Barton's leg, lifting him into the car.
"Ivan, isn't this too easy?" One of them still had a functioning brain and sensed that catching Hawkeye was too effortless, but no one paid much attention to his words.
Clint Barton was taken to a warehouse with his hands bound.
"This place isn't bad at all." He looked around, "Not eerie or scary at all."
"Hehehe, you're joking." One person pointed at Clint Barton, "I know you're joking. Don't be like this, okay? Finding a place is getting harder and harder. All the warehouses are turned into apartments now. Where can you find a suitable place?"
"Listen, I'm not the person you think I am, alright?" Clint Barton said.
"So, you're not Hawkeye?" one person asked.
"Alright, I am the person you think I am," Clint Barton said. "But I'm not the person you're looking for."
"Kate Bishop." They mentioned a name.
"I'm not Kate Bishop." Clint Barton said.
"Kate Bishop is a man."
"Kate Bishop is not a man."
"Kate Bishop is disguised as a man."
"Can I talk to your boss? Talking to you is like talking to a wall. I'm here to find your boss." Clint Barton asked, "Is that okay? I'll try to be reasonable."
"Be reasonable? We kidnapped you, understand? You're our hostage, got it?"
"Fine." Clint Barton brought his hands from behind to the front, the ropes binding his wrists were already undone. He looked at the clown, Kazi Miller, who was watching on the side, and asked, "Is that person the boss? I want to talk to your boss, that's why I'm here."
"Brother, we're interrogating you." One of the gun-wielding hulks couldn't tolerate Clint Barton's indifference, he emphasized, "Look at us honestly!"
"Are you the shift manager?" Clint Barton asked.
"Where's Kate Bishop?"
"I don't know her, I have no idea." Clint Barton shrugged.
"Speak up! Where's Kate Bishop?"
"Who are you talking about?" Clint Barton innocently asked.
But just then, footsteps suddenly came from above, followed by the sound of shattering glass. A figure descended from the sky and landed in front of Clint Barton. It was none other than Kate Bishop, whom Clint Barton had been saying he didn't know at all.
"I didn't expect to need a gun." Kate Bishop got up, seeing a group of gun-wielding hulks around her, she was taken aback.
Clint Barton could never have expected that a young girl would break in midway. Caught off guard, he could only temporarily hold back and, together with Kate Bishop, be captured again by the tracksuit gang.
This time, they used tape to bind their hands.
"Look at the mess you've caused." Clint Barton said to Kate Bishop with some exasperation.
"I just wanted to help, okay?" Kate Bishop said apologetically.
After going back and forth with the minor members of the tracksuit gang for a while, Echo, Maya Lopez, appeared.
"Let's talk about that outfit now." After exchanging a few pointless words with Maya Lopez, Clint Barton defended Kate Bishop, "She just happened to put it on. She doesn't know what that outfit represents. She's not Ronin. Look at her, she's just a kid, a spoiled kid."
"She beat up a few of my subordinates and stepped in when you were in danger." Maya Lopez gestured while Kazi Miller translated her words to Clint Barton, "It seems she has some connection to that suit. Even if she's not Ronin, it doesn't mean Ronin hasn't come back."
"That's just a rumor." Clint Barton said.
"How do you know?" Maya Lopez asked.
"Because he's dead," Clint Barton said.
"Who killed him then?" Maya Lopez asked.
"Black Widow," Clint Barton implicated Black Widow in something she hadn't done before, without blinking an eye.
"So, Ronin is dead? The person who killed him is dead too?" Maya Lopez was skeptical. "No evidence, how do you know?"
"Because I was there," Clint Barton said. In a way, this was somewhat true, wherever Ronin was, he was there, because he was Ronin.
"You're lying," Maya Lopez didn't buy into his story.
"Alright, this isn't working." Kazi Miller, seeing that Maya Lopez wasn't getting anywhere with her questions, walked up to Kate Bishop himself and asked, "If you have nothing to do with this, then why did you put on this suit?"
Maya Lopez watched Kate Bishop's lips move, but she didn't understand what she was saying. She recalled the image of her father dying before her eyes, and her anger flared up. She moved to choke Kate Bishop.
"Maya, stop!" Kazi Miller quickly stopped her.
"I put on that suit because I didn't want people to know I was at the auction, okay?" Kate Bishop answered with great difficulty. "When I put it on, I had no idea what it meant, I swear."
Kazi Miller pulled Maya Lopez aside and used sign language to persuade her to calm down.
"Listen, now is not the time to be scared." Clint Barton also took the opportunity to speak to Kate Bishop. "We will get out of here. You will go back to your normal life, and I'll be back with my family. Now you have to be brave. Remember those audacious acts? Okay? Wait for my signal."
As he finished speaking, Clint Barton managed to break the tape on his hands, dashed away, and Kazi Miller and Maya Lopez gave up their argument and hurriedly followed Clint Barton.
"Tell me how you did that, Clint!" Kate Bishop looked stunned. They were all tied up together, so how did you suddenly break free?
Clint Barton, outnumbered, initially struggled a bit, but as soon as he got hold of his bow and arrow, he became unstoppable. In the blink of an eye, he had the upper hand, knocking down all the opponents.
"My hearing aid is broken. Let's go quickly." Clint Barton picked up his fallen hearing aid and ran out.
The video darkened, and the footage ended there.
"If it wasn't for that girl causing a disruption, Clint would've probably been done for by now," Tony Stark said.
"Tony, watch what you're saying. What do you mean 'causing a disruption'? She had good intentions, wanting to help," Natasha Romanoff said.
"I do know that the reason she fell from the roof was because she wanted to save Clint when he was lying for her, but she clearly didn't realize how inexperienced she was." Tony Stark said, "She's got some skills, probably good with a bow and arrow, but she's obviously a beginner, lacking experience."
"Lack of experience can be accumulated over time," Steve Rogers had a different perspective from Tony Stark. "This girl has courage, insight, and a sense of justice. She'll definitely become a great hero in the future."
"Isn't it a bit early to say she'll become a hero?" Natasha Romanoff said.
"It's not early at all. In fact, she's already on the path of becoming a superhero." Steve Rogers said, "The gang that barged into the auction had nothing to do with her, but she still stepped in. Clint deliberately got caught, and he probably didn't inform Kate about the plan, but she went anyway. That shows that she found the place on her own. She knew Clint was in danger, so she never gave up. Isn't that what superheroes do?"
"Speaking of Clint, his hearing issues suddenly cropped up in the video," Nick Fury said, "That's not good news."
"Indeed, it's not good news," Clint Barton said.
"Are there any signs before this?" Nick Fury asked.
"I never paid much attention before. Now it seems it might have been a sign," Clint Barton said. "Sometimes I get these unexplained ringing sounds, but it's very occasional, so I didn't think much of it."
"Then you should start paying attention now," Phil Coulson said.
"This Kate Bishop, she probably won't cross paths with us anymore, right?" Bruce Banner said, "The only reason she met Clint was because of that Ronin suit. Now that she knows about the future Clint, will he still put on the Ronin suit and spill blood for justice?"
"No, he won't," Clint Barton shook his head. "Whether we succeed in stopping Thanos or not, I won't do something like that again."

"Monica Rambeau, Bureau of Heavenly Sword."
The video started with Monica Rambeau, with her impressive hair volume, meeting an Asian FBI agent, James E. Woo, on a small road.
"What's going on, Agent Woo?" Monica Rambeau asked.
"I had a witness in Westview Town. This morning, he seems to have escaped," James E. Woo said.
"Is this missing witness part of the Witness Protection Program?" Monica Rambeau asked.
"I've contacted his friends, relatives..."
"Let me guess, they haven't seen him either."
"No, they have no idea who he is. Something felt off, so I took the first flight out of Oakland to inquire with the local law enforcement, and that's when I found out new information."
"What's going on?"
James E. Woo gestured for Monica Rambeau to join him and the other two officers.
"Sorry, Sheriff, can you please explain the situation in Westview Town to my colleague again?" James E. Woo asked.
"There's no such place," one of the officers said.
"Are you saying Westview Town in New Jersey doesn't exist?" Monica Rambeau asked.
"I've told your detective friend several times, but he just won't listen," the officer said.
"I understand, I'm sorry," Monica Rambeau asked, "Which town are you from?"
"Eastview Town," the officer said.
This was strange. Judging by the names, "Eastview Town" was clearly the counterpart of "Westview Town". If there was no "West" view, how could there be an "East" view?
Just the name "Eastview Town" could prove the existence of "Westview Town".
But the people from both Eastview Towns were insisting that Westview Town didn't exist.
And they weren't ignorant children; they were law enforcement officers.
"I've accessed the contact numbers of all residents in the town. I only found those that start with 'D', but I haven't found any so far," James E. Woo went to the side to discuss with Monica Rambeau.
"So, you can't reach the people inside, and it seems like people outside have some kind of selective amnesia," Monica Rambeau succinctly summarized the current situation.
"This isn't a case of missing persons," James E. Woo said. "Captain Rambeau, this is a missing town, 3892 people."
"Why don't you investigate it?" Monica Rambeau asked.
"Because it doesn't want me to go in," James E. Woo said. "You can feel it too, right? Nobody is allowed in."
"Why do you know about Westview's existence?" Monica Rambeau took out a S.W.O.R.D. drone from her car, controlling it to fly toward Westview Town, as she asked, "So, that means I should be too. Is it because we're in a specific area, or because we have no connection with the people here?"
James E. Woo hadn't replied yet when a strange scene unfolded before them: the S.W.O.R.D. drone disappeared!
Following the direction the drone was flying, Monica Rambeau walked forward. Before long, she vaguely saw some colorful lines in the air ahead, as if they were on a screen.
"What's happening?" James E. Woo asked from behind.
"It seems to be some kind of energy force field," Monica Rambeau reached out cautiously, and indeed touched a force field.
"Be careful, Rambeau." James E. Woo's words had just fallen when Monica Rambeau was sucked into the force field, disappearing on the spot.
The video paused here, and the question appeared.
