Bab 25: "IT DID. IT HURT EVERY TIME."
"Huh? What do you mean by meeting Minato? Hiroto, explain everything." Tsunade said to Hiroto as she saw him jumping on the roof and then entering through the window.
"Oye! Hiroto, can't you enter from the doo--"
She appeared near the window and saw Hiroto looking inside with anger on his face.
"Fucking Bastard! Even after my warning, he took all the money." Hiroto said and Tsunade, who heard her raised her brows and wondered which bastard he is talking about. She then looked at what he was looking at and saw a milk bottle with ramen cups on the table.
Narrowing her eyes, she looked at the bottle clearly as she smelled it and then frowned.
"The milk in the bottle is already expired. And these, just who eats Ramen all the time." Tsunade looked around and saw ramen cups here and there.
While the two were talking, Naruto, who was in the other room was scared and looking at the door with a guarded expression.
He saw the door opening and saw a boy and a woman looking at him with an expression he hadn't seen for years. A kind smile. That's what the two had on their face and Naruto couldn't feel any negative emotion from them.
"Naruto Uzumaki, can you come with us? We need to have a long talk about everything you wanted to know and everything we want to tell you." Hiroto said and said in a gentle and kind manner. He knew Naruto could sense the intent in his words and he didn't want to scare him.
"Huh? Who are you? Why should I come with you?" Naruto asked while looking at the two. A part of him was asking him to give with them as the boy felt familiar to him while another part of him was asking him to not trust them and look for Jiji.
"She is someone your mother knew. She had been traveling outside Konoha and had come to this village to meet you. Besides, we will be going to Hokage Office to talk and I am sure you know that the Hokage Office is the safest place in Konoha, right?"
A shocked look appeared on Naruto's face as he heard Hiroto.
'Mother? Does she know my mother? How does she know about her? Is he lying to me? But I can't sense any negative feelings as I sense from the villagers. I will go with them, after all, they are going to Hokage Office.'
A smile appeared on Naruto's face as he nodded excitedly at the chance to know about his mother.
"Yatta! Let's Go! I can't wait to know about my mother. Who is she? How did she look?"
Tsunade smiled at him and said, "Let's go. And we just came from the office. Also, Hiroto..."
"Hm! I know." Hiroto nodded and transformed back into Goku. Seeing this, Naruto's eyes shined, and said, "Wahh! How did you do it? Teach me! Please Teach Me."
Hiroto shook his head and picked Naruto up.
"Let's go faster."
He said and flickered from his place. Tsunade also left the place and the duo arrived in the Office.
"ANBU guard the place. No one will enter till I will give orders."
A few ninjas moved and covered the whole area. Tsunade nodded it and sat at the Hokage Seat which shocked Naruto to the core.
"Let me Introduce myself, I am Tsunade Senju, The Fifth Hokage of Konoha."
"I am Son Goku, A friend of Tsunade."
Naruto looked at the two for a moment and then shouted.
"EHHHH! How is this possible? I was supposed to be the Hokage. Where did Jiji go? Why did you become the Hokage?"
Tsunade chuckled at him and said, "Your Jiji went on a long vacation. He won't be coming back to Konoha. Besides, he has gotten old and you are too young and stupid to become Hokage. Now, do you want to ask anything?"
Naruto grumbled as he heard her.
"I am not stupid!"
He said and then looked at Tsunade and asked, "Then, who is my mother? Why did I not know before? Why can you tell me but Jiji didn't?"
"Your mother, is Kushina Uzumaki, while your father is, Minato Namikaze. You are the son of the late Fourth Hokage."
Tsunade said and dropped the bomb. Hearing this, Naruto was too shocked that he didn't speak for some time.
"I am the son of the Fourth Hokage. My mother is Kushina Uzumaki and my father is Namikaze Minato."
He said while repeating what Tsunade said and tears appeared in his eyes.
"On the day of the Nine Tails Incident, you were born and some released Nine Tails, who was sealed in your Mother Kushina. Your father and mother sacrificed their life to seal the Nine-Tails in an infant and saved the village. The infant was supposed to be the hero of the village but someone manipulated the information and he became the most hated guy in the village."
Naruto looked at Goku with a crying face and a shocked expression.
"You mean--"
"Yes. You are the Jinchuuriki of Nine Tails, the boy in which Nine Tails is sealed, The boy who was supposed to be the hero of the village. Why are crying Naruto? Shouldn't you be proud of your parents? They saved the whole village from getting destroyed. Shouldn't you be happy about knowing your parents' names?"
Goku looked at the crying Naruto. He felt a glare from Tsunade but he ignored it and kept on looking at Naruto. He knew this was the moment that would decide the future, Naruto's feelings for the village and mostly towards the civilians.
"It hurt, didn't it? When you were beaten for no reason, it hurt you. When you felt the negative glares of the villagers, it hurt you, didn't it? When you were denied of playing and people called you Demon Fox, it hurt you, didn't it?"
"IT DID. IT HURT EVERY TIME." Naruto shouted as he heard Goku's words.
"Everyday, I would feel glares from everyone in the village for no reason, they would beat me, deny me and they don't even let me buy anything. I wondered, Why would they do it when I didn't do anything? I wondered, Why would they beat me for no reason? Now I know the reason, it's because my father sealed Nine Tails Fox in my. Why me? Why me?"
