Easton was talking to one of his clients that wanted to rip him off his money.

He worked as a fixer upper for companies you could say he helped them improve financially in making profit after profit.

He was relatively getting annoyed, but with Daphne now sitting on his lap he managed to calm down.

"Why don't you just think about-"

"You know what" Easton started after he was finally done with the cheat of the man "I'll send you a number and you can continue talking to my lawyer" he didn't say anything else before hanging up.

"Baby, I missed you" he said as he pulled her closer into his arms.

"I missed you too, in fact let's go out" she said to him as she tried to stand up but he kept her in place in his lap.

"No, let's stay at home and cuddle. I don't want to see anyone else now, I can see myself snapping at every idiot that appears next to me."

"That bad huh."

Easton nodded "But let's not talk about that, how was your exam?"
