Bab 40: Interrogation
A few minutes later Raditz regained his consciousness and looked around.
He noticed that he was in a building somewhere high in the sky.
He tried to get up but then found out that he could not move as his hands and legs were restrained by a very heavy weight.
"It's useless. The weights on your body exceed 40 tons altogether. And have magic enchantments that will keep on adding weights whenever you try to move even an inch." Kami who was nearby Raditz said.
Of course, Kami was just bluffing as the weights that Raditz was wearing on his arms and legs were only weights that could increase their weights up to 45 tons in total at maximum.
"A namekian?" Raditz said as he saw Kami's face.
Normally he would not recognize that Kami was not from Earth as he was too prideful to carefully observe the god of earth.
But after getting knocked out by Goku and waking up in an emeny terrority he was more on guard than he was before. So he was immediately able to recognize that Kami was a Namekian.
"I see. It seems that just like Goku I was also an alien." Kami immediately realized what Raditz said.
"Well, I did wonder about the antenna of course." Kami continued but it was obvious that he was uncomfortable about this newly received information.
"Release me this instance. Otherwise, you will regret it." Raditz said after checking Kami's power level and realized that he was stronger than Kami.
However, he immediately shut up as soon as he realized that Goku was not very far from where he and Kami were.
Goku was accompanied by Chichi and Gohan.
"Are you Goku's brother?" Chichi said as she approached Raditz.
She was a powerful warrior by Earth's standards but for Raditz, she was just trash.
Then Raditz noticed a small boy with a tail that was hiding behind Goku. It was Gohan.
"A child. I see. This trash must be your woman." Raditz said as he looked directly at Goku.
He calls Chichi trash because he doesn't realize that Goku truly cares about him.
Goku frowns because Raditz called Chichi trash but Raditz doesn't seem to realize it.
Chichi was taken aback. She didn't know that the man in front of her would insult her straight in the face.
She was a little angry and slapped Raditz in the face.
"You lowly." Raditz was angry and tried to attack her but the weight on his body was too heavy for him to make a move towards her.
"Hmph." Chichi turned her back on Raditz after she saw that Raditz was unable to do anything to her.
"Why are you here?" Kami asked.
"I am here to take Kakarrot back," Raditz said as he knew that there was no reason to lie.
If they asked he would not mind telling them everything that he knows.
After all, he was certain that there was no way the guy he worked for that is Vegeta would be defeated by anyone that is on Earth if Goku was the strongest that they could offer.
He was even planning to tell them everything even if they didn't ask anything just for them to taste despair.
