Bab 58: Fake Cheque

Fang Yuan took a break to blow dry her hair. As soon as she returned, her phone rang once again. A peculiar number illuminated the screen, though she seemed accustomed to this routine and answered without a second thought.

"Boss, that idiot Fang Liguo has caused us to hemorrhage money again. We're down a whopping 100 million this time!"

"I damn well wish I could unearth his ancestor's grave and inquire how they managed to give birth to such a colossal imbecile!"

"He previously expressed interest in investing in various projects. I had people guiding him along multiple avenues, both overtly and covertly. I was on the verge of simply depositing the money directly into his pocket!"

"But what happened? Not only did he fail to turn a profit, but he also went ahead and lost the whole damn bundle, leaving us reeling in losses!"

"If this keeps up, Boss, you might as well start planning a visit to my grave. I'm about to keel over from sheer fury!"
