"Your Grace, the green tortoise clan has established a base where they plan to put up a martial art sect for the mortals interested in their martial arts. We only oversee their operation."

"I thought they already started years ago. That clan is too slow to act." The duke shared his disappointment.

"Their sect is only exclusive to their clan. But after learning from Lord Sigmund of his plan to integrate with the mortals in a certain section of the dukedom, they also wish to implement it." The general attempted to placate his master.

"Then let me know their progress in three days."

Perry interjected, "Your Grace, there have been sightings of powerful mages lately in our district. There was an attempt to infiltrate the academy this morning. But we managed to prevent it before it escalated. These mages are not only at mages 9 or 10. There are also mage immortals."
