Bab 131: The tables have truly turned

Leah was brought in for questioning.

As she entered the police station in company with the police that had gone to arrest her from her home, Silvia marched towards her and a slap was soon heard.

"Why would you? Do you know how much pain you have caused Davian and I? And to think you even had the audacity to show up at the hospital multiple times and at the wake and the funeral and even the remembrance...(Scoffs) You have no conscience!" Silvia questioned, she has always had the suspicion and it actually turned out to be Leah.

Leah's eyes met Davian's, "I didn't do it,"

"Yeah right, because every random guy would just say your name out of the blue?" Silvia responded.

"I didn't do it! They are trying to frame me. Davian? Don't tell me you believe them?" Leah inquired but Davian didn't respond.

"Don't tell me you believe this crap?! For all we know, someone who knows us is trying to set me up for the crime," Leah continued.
