If one were to kill a demon then they killed someone's desires, once someone summons a demon from their sea of consciousness the demon becomes that person's desires, so if it dies then that person's desires also die.

the light at each corner faded away into dim lights, she didn't undo the barrier yet she walked over to the ashes that the demons left, there she saw a Soothsayer arcane and a walker arcane, the other one she found wasn't there, a frown appeared on her face.

This means one was just a shadow…maybe half of them were shadows and the two that mainly attacked were the true demons..

a small chuckle escaped her lips as she picked up the two arcane and placed it in the porch were she placed the man's ashes. the man's ashes still had some spirituality and trying to combine these two would be quite a sight to see.

but her Theif intuition told her that she might get a good outcome from this action.
