"Once word spreads, the tenants will get restless. They'll begin questioning her leadership, demanding answers.

She'll have no choice but to focus on quelling the unrest among her own people. That's when we strike the second blow."

Dong Shin paused for a moment, relishing the thought of chaos brewing in Boss Su's base.

"We'll infiltrate the outsiders next," he said, his voice picking up with excitement.

"Make sure some of our people are in their ranks, stirring the pot. They'll spread the idea that Boss Su's leadership is weak and that she can't be trusted.

If we make them believe they'll never be allowed into her base, they'll start thinking of more... violent solutions."

The subordinate's pen faltered as Dong Shin's plan turned darker.
