Just the way he had said it made me burst out laughing. He said it in the way that someone might have said, 'The sky is blue,' and for some reason, it was absolutely hilarious.

GA had to adjust his grip on me so that I didn't fall out of his lap, and even Night was clinging onto me, a disgruntled look on his face.

"Sorry," I said, waving away their look of concern. A part of my brain realized that it wasn't nearly as funny as I was making it out to be, but I don't think that I was laughing because it was funny.

It was like a huge pressure was released, and I could finally breathe. It was euphoric.
