Vicente possessed comprehensive knowledge regarding every step of building a weapon, whether he started with the prefabricated parts or even before the components were produced.

He was well versed in the extraction of gunpowder, the sourcing of the ores required to craft the weapon's frame, and the techniques necessary to forge each of its parts.

Back during his time on Earth, he had learned and produced many types of weapons. This was a kind of hobby for him!

Even after not having the same materials and machinery as the ones available on Earth, he could still guide a blacksmith effectively, just as he had done when he commissioned someone to create the components of his first weapons.
