Draven gazed down into her intoxicating dark eyes, his raging desire for her increased a hundred times by her touch and her voice, and still he held back, mesmerized by the incredible sweetness of her as she trailed her fingertips down his chest and touched his wounds as if she wanted to heal them with her touch.

Draven watched her. In the dragon realm, it was considered weak to have any unhealed wounds, and most of the female dragons would never settle for a male who couldn't heal by himself. But knowing full well that, unlike the Dragon women who found it disgusting to have unhealed wounds, Rhea wouldn't shudder with disgust at those wounds on his back and chest.
