Bab 36: Careful

By the time Osric stopped laughing, Alan's eyes had become murderous. None had dared disrespect him the way the young lad was doing it. He wanted nothing more than to tear Osric apart. But, that would be going against the rules of the Sect.

Promising Disciple or not, the rules of the Sect were absolute. Disobeying them was akin to disrespecting the Ancestors of the Sect. And disrespecting the Ancestors was tantamount to death. But then, that didn't mean he couldn't do anything.

'Then let's play.'

Alan's eyes flashed as his aura erupted, taking a golden form, as it pressed down on all with a mountainous heaviness.

The cohorts of the Hayate Clan felt their bodies slammed flat against the ground. The chairs and tables creaked, teetering on the edge of collapse. The ceramics on the tables directly burst apart, unable to withstand the pressure.
