Sarell didn't really feel terror about dying, he had long gotten accustomed to the fact that he could die anytime. It didn't mean that he wanted to die, it just meant that he had accepted it enough not to fight it.

"Change," Came the quiet order, Prince Velia not making a move to step into the room.

Sarell dashed into his side room, bare feet silent against the expensive carpet. Getting into his old but well-kept clothes was easy, running a brush through his strange hair was also a quick action done out of habit.

He stepped out with shoes on, hurrying to Prince Velia's side. Sarell had always been on the slender side from never getting enough to eat as a child but Velia clearly had royal blood running through his veins, he looked incredibly imposing even without his wings out.
