King Holdred pushed through his terror and shot to his feet, determination to keep his heir alive fueling his weary bones. "He's merely the Crown Prince." He said in a steady voice that belied his trembling hands.

Cederic blanched as his father marched forward, the rest unable to lift their heads.

Cirion immediately picked up on what the humans thought was about to happen, "Fear not, I mean you no harm," He corrected their line of thinking, certain that his older brother must have said something heinous. "As long as you follow instructions that is."

Cederic perked up, at this, hope singing like the screaming of his citizens.

"But first," Cirion murmured, snapping a finger. The Angels that heralded him immediately moved to action, jumping into the sky in various directions.

"We also need some privacy," Cirion added, his wings dissipating.
