The Blackbeard Pirate quickly became famous after the Summit War, with their captain Blackbeard had two devil fruit abilities and with a powerful crew from Impel Down sixt floor, easily became one of the Four Emperors. Their reputation is well know across the world.
Recognizing the three-skeleton emblem, the man solemnly organized teams to deal with the situation.
The Blackbeard Pirates' movement on the island was swiftly restricted, and everyone was arrested by Tesla.
However, Tesla is well aware that the main crew Blackbeard pirates is still on board, and his main force is also present.
Therefore, Tesla immediately sent someone to explain to Blackbeard that his pirates crew are not permitted to land on this island.
When Blackbeard learned that his crew had been arrested, he immediately became furious.
The two sides quickly clashed, and while there were some individuals on Step Island with Devil Fruit powers, they were no match for the Blackbeard Pirates.

Blackbeard chuckled, considering Tesla's words a compliment to himself.
The so-called with thick skin are invincible, and Blackbeard likely falls into that category.
Tesla realized that talking more would be futile, so he fell silent, focusing on devising a strategy for the impending fight.
