Bab 40: 40. Red code

"Hubby! Do you know what happened?" Arabella exclaimed sweetly while pushing her thoughts at the back of her mind for now. She walked toward him being over dramatic which made Damien shudder. Damien gave her a weird look and stared at her with a raised eyebrow. 

Arabella ignored his looks and hugged him directly after reaching him. Damien was shocked would be an understatement. Not only him but everyone else present in the room was shocked, mostly Monica. While Adrian laughed silently at the look of Monica's face.

"A.. Arabella?" He cleared his throat which was choked up when he heard her call him 'Hubby' lovingly like old times. "Arabella, I.. I am sweaty." Damien said slowly and unsurely. 

"Continue with the act of loving husband. I will explain later. And Monica is the red code." Arabella whispered in his ear and hugged him again.
