Bab 58: Job As A Servant

"Eden, where is my lunch?"

Everyone hastily turned towards the door towards the passage of the ship. Seeing the person who appeared, they immediately returned to their respective places, leaving only silence.

The boisterous and friendly atmosphere suddenly became awkward with the presence of one person.

Edna took Luca's hand off her shoulder.

"Come right away, Sir!" said Edna who then ran past Max to go to the galley.

Luca and Isabelle waited for Maximillian to say something, but nothing came out of his mouth. The man only glanced briefly at Luca's hand, turned around, and left the deck of the ship.

Max was waiting in his room with a new book he had only read half. He tried to read the next sentence, but Edna's joyful screams were still ringing in his ears. It was then followed by the girl's laughter that echoed in the sky.

Somehow, it made him feel displeased.
