"Before the alpha of alphas, the lord of the hill countries of Nevea, the terror of the plane lands, I now introduce a witness from the crib of Cedric, our adversary alpha. Please extend your warm welcome to the prisoner, Stacey."

The orator's voice resounded loudly throughout the hill country, echoing even outside the grand hall. His booming voice hinted at his imposing stature, much like the burly individual Ragnar had dispatched on our journey to the palace.

With great ceremony, the colossal doors of the stone palace slowly swung open, guided by a hundred doorkeepers. As I entered the majestic palace, I walked with a sense of dignity and regality, even though I questioned whether such titles were truly fitting for me.
