Bab 43: Commitment

Within the Dogheads' camp, there were no longer many patrols.

Sean still remembered the spectacular scene when he first led his team through the Starfall Forest to this instance area. 

It resembled the palaces of ancient emperors, with guards stationed every few steps, and a plethora of patrolling personnel throughout the camp. 

They had to wipe out more than thirty patrols before finally encountering the Number One Leader. By that time, only four of them were left alive.

But now...

In one corner of the camp, a pile of Dogheads' corpses was stacked up. 

Nearby, a dozen or so Dogheads were continuously carrying these bodies and tossing them into a bonfire, clearly involved in the task of body disposal. 

Unlike the Gnolls, while Dogheads occasionally regarded captives as food, they did not consume the flesh of their own kind. 

Nevertheless, their notoriety was on par with the Gnolls.
