Bab 29: Let's Go on a Date

Although she was already married to Chu Liyuan, the two of them had yet to officially date.

She could finally go on a date. Just thinking about it made her excited.

I wonder what my first date with Uncle will be like? Jian Dan's eyes brimmed with anticipation.

After Jian Dan put it on, she came out of the changing room with the other one.

She saw that Chu Liyuan had just come out of the bathroom and was wrapped in only a towel. His upper body was bare, and his ripped body with his chiseled chest and abs was on full display. This steamy scene made Jian Dan subconsciously swallow her saliva. She tried her best to remain calm, not wanting Chu Liyuan to see through her thoughts.

Jian Dan tried her best not to look directly at Chu Liyuan. She reached out and handed the clothes to Chu Liyuan. "Uncle, I bought this a few days ago."

Chu Liyuan took it and realized that it was a black sweater. Jian Dan was wearing the same outfit. "This is…"

"Couple outfits." Jian Dan whispered in embarrassment.

Chu Liyuan stared at the clothes he was holding and did not speak…

Don't tell me Uncle doesn't like it? He usually wears very formal suits.

"Couple outfits are usually cartoons or characters. It's especially exaggerated. You definitely won't wear it, so I chose this… This isn't considered a couple outfit. It's just the same style."

She wondered, Does Uncle hate the idea of us going out wearing couple outfits?

This was the first time she had seen Chu Liyuan in such casual clothes. She did not expect him to be so handsome. He looked less calm and more energetic.

After getting dressed, the two of them went out… "Wait for me here. I'll go get the car."

Chu Liyuan was about to go to the garage to get the car when Jian Dan stopped him.

"We're not driving today." Jian Dan looked at Chu Liyuan and said.

"We're taking the bus today. I don't think you've taken the bus before, right?"

The first date had to be different.

"A bus?" Chu Liyuan was stunned.

"Yes, yes! I think everyone should experience everything once! Right?"

"Okay." He agreed.

A big smile bloomed on Jian Dan's face. "I asked Uncle Zhang to prepare this because the bus stop is quite far away."

Jian Dan pointed at the bicycle parked at the door.

"Bicycle? But why did you prepare only one?"

Chu Liyuan looked at the lonely bicycle and asked.

Another new thing? Bicycle? Haven't ridden one in a while.

"Well…"

This question was awkward. Jian Dan lowered her head and kicked the ground, feeling a little embarrassed.

What was wrong with this lass? Why was she embarrassed?

"Because I don't know how to ride one… So, you have to give me a ride."

Jian Dan smiled and sat in the back seat of the bicycle. She gently placed her hands on Chu Liyuan's waist.

With the help of the bicycle, they arrived at the bus stop in no time.

It was Chu Liyuan's first time taking the bus, so he was at a loss. Thankfully, Jian Dan was there to help him. As it was the main station, there were many seats available.

Jian Dan and Chu Liyuan sat in the back of the bus. "How does it feel to take the bus for the first time?" Jian Dan asked Chu Liyuan.

Chu Liyuan did not speak. As he looked at the increasing number of people in the car, his expression darkened.

It suddenly hit Jian Dan. She stood up and led Chu Liyuan to alight the bus. After they got off the bus, she said, "Uncle, I'm sorry!"

Due to some reasons, Chu Liyuan was very averse to physical contact with people, especially women. He would have physiological reactions such as nausea and vomiting. Previously, it was so serious that he would get very uncomfortable when a woman appeared in his line of sight.

Therefore, he chose to enlist and go to a place where there were fewer girls. After that, he joined the special forces that did not even have a single woman.

After retiring from the army, Chu Liyuan's condition had improved a lot. As long as he did not have any physical contact, he was basically fine.

However, there were many people on the bus. How could there be no physical contact?
