Most Dreamwalkers would do anything to avoid an Ankarog Nest, especially one that had recently lost its Patriarch, but Xander didn't have the luxury of bypassing the cryptids since this Nightscape could only be cleansed by destroying the Ankarog colony.

"Looks like I'm destined to seek out trouble," Xander chuckled softly as he took a final look at his Chronica before tucking it safely inside his jacket. "Access inventory. Display cards."

On Xander's command, his system panel flickered open, displaying all the cards in his current set.
