"You showed me a world different from the ideal I thought I would live in. A world filled with pain and perseverance. You showed me the beauty of what may come out of something that was tempered by the challenges of life."

He smiled gently, "And that was you. You are very beautiful from the inside out. Even though you had the thoughts of giving up, you did not push through and kept going. You are so precious that no other gem in the world could compare to you."

Luna bit her lower lip.

Her heart fluttered at his gentle words.

The scars that were slowly healing felt like it was being gently caressed by his voice.

"Thank you for living Luna Soliel Hayward. Thank you for surviving despite all the pain and hardships you faced. Thank you for coming into our lives and giving us many more precious memories. Thank you for coming into my life and showing me the beauty in a world that is filled with battles and darkness."
