The Tier 7 Mage, who had been sent by Great instructor Gideon to find out the reason for the war on the behalf of the faction, was quite stumped as he had not been able to obtain anything tangible.

Every stone he tried turning had turned out to be a dead end.

He had even had some of the Tier 6 mages that entered with him try to gather information, but it had not yielded any profitable results.

“And I have to actually report to Great Instructor Gideon, or he would have my head,” the Tier 7 Mage muttered to himself as he looked at the kneeling Tier 6 mages before him.
