The news of Alec’s adventure in the Abyss has inspired many first-year mages to seek permission to enter the Abyss themselves.

However, most of them were still denied by their Instructors.

When they attempted to protest, their masters issued a challenge to all mages who wanted to enter the Abyss passage without a Tier 3 Mage as their leader.

The task was to retake the entrance test and outperform Alec in the test of the Fighting Pavilion Tower.

If they were successful in clearing it, their masters would have no objections to letting them into the Abyss passage, as it would mean they could take care of themselves .

Despite this opportunity, many of them felt it was unfair for Alec to receive special privileges and be allowed to explore the Abyss, especially when they heard from senior mages about the significant rewards that each members have obtained through shared power stones.
