Bab 155: Guardian of Thorn

A man in his sixties wearing a butler uniform was standing on a tree while watching the main stronghold get sieged. His name was Gibra. He was Don Maywire's butler.

The conversation he had with Don flashed in his mind.

"Master, will it not push the government too much? It might backfire on us," said Gibra.

Don chuckled. "Aren't they making moves everywhere? Agusto's administration thinks that their fist is very big now, so they're probably testing the water. Some of our men in the government were getting suspended for various reasons. Only small fries are getting targeted, but if we let it be, then important officials will be targeted next. We need to give them a big shock.
