Inside the human transformation apparatus, Eric began undergoing gender reassignment surgery. His only request was to retain his male genitals as a symbol of his masculinity. Fearing the pain, Eric had administered a large amount of anesthesia to himself before he fell into unconsciousness for the surgery.

It was unclear how much time had passed, but when he groggily opened his eyes, he found that the surgical transformation had already been completed.

"Master, you look absolutely beautiful now! Please take a look in the mirror!" Morgana had been waiting outside for a while, and upon first seeing Eric after the surgery, she sincerely praised him.
