Bab 193: First Come First Serve
"Damn, Mrs.Nova, you're heavy as shit! I can't believe you really got your back broken by Nubuki. I would never let that happen to me," Mrs.Doja remarks.
"Shut up, Mrs.Doja, you lost an arm and half of one of your legs," Mrs.Nova responds as she spits up blood.
"Yeah, and I was still able to pick your dumbass up and carry you away from that huge explosion," Mrs.Doja says in a condescending tone.
"Yes, I can agree that you saved me from certain death, but you're still a damn waste of time," Mr.Nova responds.
On the east side of Grava City, Mr.Alex is flying through the sky with wings made out of goo coming out of his back.
"What the hell was that? Was that Geogaltic nukes? I almost got obliterated, and I would've if I didn't have my goo powers," Mr.Alex thinks.
Mr.Alex looks down at the destroyed city below him.
"All this destruction. All those lives. What could possibly be the reason for this?" Mr.Alex says with a disheartened expression.
On the north side of Grava City, Paul is rushing through the city with the charged accelerate technique.
"Those explosions almost killed me! All I did was run by a house, and suddenly I was running from a giant explosion. Something more is going on with this attack; I know it!"
Paul leaps over a fallen skyscraper and slams down on the other side.
"There's no one left to help in this city at this point. I must rush to the stadium and see what's going on over there! I know they had to have survived!" Paul thinks to himself.
Over at the entrance of Grava Academy stadium, Mr.Chad is currently limping his way toward the stadium with his katana as a crutch.
"All I wanted to do was get my ass back here so I could lay down and take a proper nap. Then for reasons I wish to not look into, I have to run from life-destroying explosions, and now I have to deal with this. So tiring!" Mr.Chad says with a tired expression as he looks up at the stadium with bags under his eyes.
When Mr.Chad looks at the stadium, he sees half of the dome around it completely obliterated.
Inside the now-destroyed dome, every person who can walk is rushing to the center of the stadium.
"Is everyone ok?" Mr.Brown screams at the top of his lungs.
Many people were blown away and injured by the impact of the Geoglatic bomb erupting near them. Now most of the people are getting up from their dazed states.
"If you can move, please help someone near you; we're all in this together!" Mr.Brown commands in a serious tone.
"Damn it, more bullshit to deal with is that Cyrus Blackwood insane? I just can't believe those three were able to stop us from getting completely destroyed," David says in a stressed tone.
Mr.Brown looks to where the destroyed part of the dome is and sees three Grava Academy girls. Akira and Aurora are on the ground with destroyed metal walls and walls of cooled-down lava in front of them while Chika is above them with circulating wind around her.
"My body feels numb; that took almost everything I had to deflect. I think I'm going to go take a nap now," Chika says in an exhausted tone as she falls out of the sky.
"I got ya!"
A small boy jumps into the sky and catches Chika and perfectly lands back on the ground.
"Oh, it's you, Feltzes," Chika says in a relieved tone as she looks at his face.
"Come on, of course it's me; I always have your back," Fletzes remarks.
At the same time, Akira and Aurora, who used their powers to make up for what Chika couldn't block, both of them fall backward out of exhaustion.
Selena runs in and catches Akira while David catches Aurora.
"She's completely knocked out cold," Selena says after looking at Akira.
"Yeah, she's out over here as well! Well, at least we are all alive. Can't say the same for the rest of the city," David says in a relieved tone.
"Yes, this conflict is getting to another level. Kage and Unknown, I hope you're safe out there," Selena says in a caring tone.
Over at the center of Grava City, Ketsu and Butch are still running around looking for the level three dagger.
"Did you see that Ketsu? Cyrus really isn't playing around. I wish I could call my
girl for comfort!" Butch says in a scared tone.
"Yeah, Butch I know that man is a damn demon! That's why we got to hurry the fuck up and find that dagger so we can leave before we have to confront that demon," Ketsu says with a serious tone as he clears a pile of rocks with his clones.
Above the battlefield, Nixion and Cyrus jump back from each other with Hunter joining the battle as well.
"Hahaha! Hey boss, I see you finally revealed yourself, and you are battling against my prey! Come on, boss, I thought we had mutual respect," Hunter remarks as drool drips down his lips.
"Oh Hunter, I'm so glad you're still alive. I sensed you when you came back. Don't worry; I would never kill your prey right in front of you. Go ahead and handle your business; I have my own things to take care of anyway," Cyrus says in a happy tone.
"You will go nowhere, Cyrus Blackwood! I don't know how you survived my dimension of infinite slashes, Hunter, but stay out of my way or you'll go back to infinite death!" Nixion exclaims.
"Uh-oh, it seems Nixion has different plans. Hunter, if he attacks me, I have no choice but to fight back," Cyrus exclaims in a mocking tone.
"I don't give a damn what you do as long as I get my battle to the death!" Hunter exclaims with a psychotic look in his eyes.
"Ok, that's good. I'll do just that. Nisugi! Ego! Killer!"
After hearing their names called, all three L.T.O. members look up to Cyrus.
"Find that level three dagger; focus on nothing else. We are done here," Cyrus commands in a deep tone.
"Yes, sir!" Nisugi and Ego respond while Killer nods his head.
All three of them face different directions and vanish to begin their search for the dagger.
At the same time, Mr.Mink looks up to the sky, and when he sees Hunter, he instantly gets worried.
"A two-on-one Nixion is strong, but he's not in his prime anymore. A battle of that degree is not optimal."
As Mr.Mink talks to himself, Unknown, Seth, Jason, and Alexander gather where he and Kage are at.
"Mr.Mink, the city is destroyed. What do we do now?" Unknown asks.
"Isn't it obvious we go get that dagger before those assholes do!" Kage responds.
"I hate to admit it, but I agree with the upper-class fake; if we don't get that dagger back, everything will be for nothing," Seth adds.
"Hey, Alexander, couldn't you just pay that auctioneer thing to bring the danger to us?" Jason asks.
"Don't you think I thought of that, brokie? Auctioneer is very specific, and there are eight of those daggers. Pinpointing which dagger we want is added tax. Also, these daggers aren't just regular items like gold. Bringing one of them into my hand without me seeing it directly would cost more money than the world has to offer." Alexander responds with an agitated tone.
"Everyone just calm down! Kage is right; our top priority is that dagger! The L.T.O. members are already on the hunt for it. You kids do the same; make sure the dagger doesn't fall into the wrong hands. When you get your hands on the dagger, run! Run as fast as you can toward Grava Academy Stadium; the rest of us will defend you. It doesn't matter who gets the dagger; just make sure it isn't L.T.O!" Mr.Mink commands with an urgent tone.
"Right!" all the students respond.
"Good, now go! I have something to take care of!" Mr.Mink says as he vanishes.
"You heard him find the dagger!" Kage yells.
"Don't boss me around, upper-class fake!" Seth says as he begins to look for the dagger.
"Yeah, brokie!" Alexander responds.
All the students split up and began searching for the level three dagger.
Above the battlefield, Nixion looks around at his situation.
"This might not be the best situation. With Cyrus having mastered OGI control and his powers combined with it, he's pretty much untouchable at this point and then there's the fear feared legend on the other side of me. I can sense Hunter's OGI tank is nearing empty, probably from fighting so goodman much. I could kill him in 3 to 5 attacks for sure, but in that time Cyrus could escape or blindsight me neither of those options is good," Nixion thinks to himself.
Nixion looks at Cyrus, who has a smirk on his face and then he looks at Hunter who looks like a starving madman.
"I have no choice; I got to go after the one who has the most threat if I die here so be it!" Nixion thinks to himself with a stoic expression.
Nixion rushes at Cyrus, and they both clash fists with gold electricity emitting from them.
"Nixion how dare you ignore me! You're my prey! Fight me, damn it!" Hunter shouts as he rushes toward Nixion's back.
Before Hunter can even get close, he gets kicked in the face and sent down to the ground.
"Who the hell!"
When Hunter looks up, he sees Mr.Mink standing over him.
"So you're feared legend Hunter. Sorry, but Nixion is busy right now I'll be your opponent," Mr.Mink remarks in a confident tone.
"Good job, Mr.Mink hold him there while I extinguish this nuisance," Nixion says as he sends Cyrus flying back.
At the same time, down below on the battlefield, Butch moves a giant boulder out of some rubble and he sees the level three dagger Elias dropped earlier.
"Ketsu, I found it!" Butch exclaims.
Ketsu rushes over to Butch and looks at the dagger as well.
"Good job, Butch hurry up and pick it up so we can get out of here!" Ketsu demands.
"Alright, let's hurry up and get out of here already!" Butch says as he picks up the dagger.
Ketsu looks behind him and instantly creates five clones.
"Butch, whatever you do, don't let that dagger go you hear me?" Ketsu says in a serious tone.
"Yeah, no duh why would I drop this thing now...."
Butch looks behind him and sees Killer and Nisugui closing in on them.
"This is going to be a fight for our lives isn't it?" Butch asks in a worried tone.
"Yep!" Ketsu responds.
"But I wanted to hurry up and see my girl," Butch says with tears in his eyes.
"Yoink," Ego says as he appears behind Butch and snatches the dagger out of his hands.
"Butch, you dumbass!" Ketsu exclaims in an annoyed tone.
"Sorry! He literally came out of nowhere," Butch yells.
Ego vanishes once again and appears next to Nisugi.
"Good job, Ego," Nisugi says as she points her gun at Butch and Ketsu.
"Yeah, of course I always do a good job," Ego says as he begins to hand the dagger to Nisugi.
Suddenly a small energy beam hits the dagger and knocks it out of Ego's hand, sending it up.
Everyone looks to the sky and sees Kage floating with energy jet.
"You're not getting that dagger, L.T.O!" Kage yells.
Unknown, Jason, and Seth all arrive at the gathering as well.
The dagger hits the ground in the middle of L.T.O. members, Grava Academy students, and Explotier's allies. When the dagger settles on the ground, everyone thinks the same thing at the same time.
"Get the dagger!"
