Anita's POV

It's been some days since I visited Christine, and from the look of things, it doesn't seem like an easy task to convince him which I'm already aware of; I have made a backup plan ahead of time.

To be candid, it was never my volition to get pregnant, not even when I'm married, but Christine made me do that to use it as a weapon against him in the future. It's not even up to two weeks, but it's making me so uncomfortable.

"How is my love doing?" Ben said as he walked towards me and pecked my cheeks.

"Ben, I ain't here for irrelevant discussion," I said while rolling my eyes at him.

"The other day that ludicrous man came to my office and was requesting for his money, and Christine saw him and began to ask questions." He said while lighting up his cigarette.

"Have you settled the man?" I inquired with rage.
