Bab 601: An accident

"Where is my wife?" Sebastian walked into the hall as soon as he ended his meeting and overviewed the reports from Lucas and Ambrose.

It was a hectic meeting, and he wanted nothing more than to embrace his woman to release some stress. The human rogues were making a movement again and he needed to go and look at things himself tonight, thus, he wanted to ensure his wife was at home and safe before he left.

"Do I need to repeat my question?" Sebastian asked as he raised his gaze from his file.

The maid standing in the corner of the room, stepped forward.

"I am not sure about anything, sir, but Princess Elliana left the royal palace an hour ago. I wanted to ask her if she would like to eat the cake, but she didn't look like she wanted to talk to someone. Her eyes showed anger," The maid said, trying to be as respectful and mindful of her words as she could be.
