Sebastian placed her under the shower head, looking at her from head to toe with an expression that was hard to decipher.

"Today I felt something, Princess," Sebastian whispered before starting the shower at a slow drip so he could talk to her.

He fell on his knees before looking up at her, the water falling in his eyes, making Elliana's eyes soften. She instinctively stepped forward to shield him from the water so he could look at her without any difficulty.

"What is it?" She asked, touching his mask softly.

"This... What you are doing... I realized this today," Sebastian said before he snaked his hand around her waist and pulled her closer.

"You shield me, princess. You shield me from my own negativity and stop me from being the monster I am. Because the moment you left my side, it was almost as if I lost control over everything. It wasn't a good feeling, princess," Sebastian said, placing his head on her navel.
