Bab 271: A little cunning, a little drama

She turned around.

"Do you want to wear protective gear?" Angelo asked, but Elliana smiled and shook her head.

"I am sure Prince Marcus won't hurt me badly," she smiled. 

She stood in the fighting stance and looked at his posture before cracking the bones in her neck as she strengthened her grip on the sword.

"I don't know how to proceed. Please make the first move," Elliana said, and Marcus smiled in understanding. 

"Okay," Marcus raised his sword with controlled strength, and Elliana took a deep breath, letting a little bit of her energies flow into her sword so that her hits were hard.

She twisted her body, countered the attack Marcus made at her, and kicked him as hard as she could, making him stumble back.

"Woah. This is interesting," Santo immediately stood from his seat, making Matilda raise her brows at the girl.

The hit was quite impressive for a human even though their brother wasn't prepared for it.
