Bab 207: The Ancient book- Who is inside her?

"What do you think you are doing?" Yaretzi hissed at Elliana, and the girl just glared at her.

It's been an hour since she returned from the forest. She told Miss Zoya she was feeling unwell and ordered her food in the room. Though the caretaker was worried for her and insisted on her coming downstairs, Elliana knew she shouldn't go in front of anyone when her emotions were all haywire. 

"What do you think I am doing? I am reading a book," Elliana answered, not looking into the witch's eyes.

Yaretzi clicked her fingers and pulled the book out of Elliana's hand, looking at the content of it with raised brows.

"Where did you get this book?" Yaretzi asked, her eyes turning violet as she could clearly see what kind of book it was.

Elliana stood from her place, looking straight into the witch's eyes.
