As time didn't seem to be noticed by Dylan, he would then begin to admire the beauty of this place he was lost in. In fact, his fear of this place would completely vanish as Dylan finally came to a conclusion, which was: "I must have gone crazy like people said I would someday, and I'm probably lost in the abyss of my thoughts." "This is probably what non-sane people go through."
Dylan, who kept on wandering about this place, going forward and backwards, would then get bored of the paved way he was on all this time since he couldn't see himself reaching any destination. Dylan would then go outside the pave way into the glassy sand desert.
The very moment Dylan stepped off the pave way, he discovered that the desert sand was so warm and comforting to be on. He would turn around and see the pave way he was walking on earlier vanish. And in that very moment, Dylan would understand that this was truly a divine test, and he had not lost his mind at all, as he could feel warmth and comfort from within the sand.
Dylan would start digging through the sand, trying to look for the source of this warmth, because he believed that the sand was the major play in this test he was in.
Dylan was right about the sand, though, as in that very moment when he grabbed a lot of sand and dug it up, throwing it sideways, he heard a voice pass him by in a flash.
Dylan would stop digging for a moment.
