"Kyah!" Ivy almost fell down the stairs as the entire building suddenly shook. Thanks to the arm that grabbed her waist, she didn't fall down the stairs. 

Looking up, her eyes shook a bit before catching the pair of eyes mirroring her. 

"Are you okay?" Dane asked under his breath, and she nodded.

"Thank you," she said in relief, only to hear Tiger's annoyed voice. 

"If that's settled, then how about you guys try to stand on your own?"

Ivy and Dane slowly turned their heads to the man two steps ahead of them. He was clinging to the railing. Her eyes slowly fell on Tiger's other hand, which was holding Dane's arm. Deep lines appeared between her brows as she looked at Dane, only to realize Dane was able to catch her because he was the closest to Tiger and the man held Dane so he wouldn't fall.
