Bab 666: The Consequences of Angering Shan Bao

Shan Bao lowered its head and ate the meat without saying a word. After finishing, it didn't even glance at Hong Lian. Su Yingxue let out a non-threatening cry, as if asking her, "Is there more meat?"

"Of course, here, have some more."

Su Yingxue placed the meat in front of Shan Bao piece by piece. Shan Bao sat down and leisurely ate, including two pieces of ribs, which he happily gnawed on.

Su Yingxue remarked, "I noticed that night you enjoy bones. Next time, I'll prepare some fruits and add some seasonings. Even though you're a carnivore, you still need nutritious food."

Shan Bao paused from eating, licking the meat of its mouth. It found the woman's words quite reasonable!

Lately, the flesh under its belly had been a bit loose.

"Haha! Even regular dogs don't eat like this. Do you think Shan Bao would?" Hong Lian scoffed disdainfully. She knew Shan Bao could smell. It must have caught Chu Yihan's scent on Su Yingxue, hence it ate her meat.
