Ye Qingzi followed behind Qin Shuzhen. Ever since Tong Wan had expressed her displeasure toward Ye Qingzi, she had avoided visiting the Xiao family or appearing before Tong Wan.

Now, Tong Wan acted as if Ye Qingzi didn't exist. Her attitude toward Qin Shuzhen was equally cold and indifferent. After a brief greeting, she smiled at Ruan Xueling and said, "Xueling, let's go check out the autumn and winter collection over there."

"Sure, those clothes look good," Ruan Xueling replied, also ignoring Qin Shuzhen, as she wasn't familiar with her.

As Tong Wan and Ruan Xueling left, chatting and laughing, the smile on Qin Shuzhen's face faded.

Ye Qingzi, feeling slighted, muttered, "Gu Jin's mother really knows how to win Auntie Tong Wan over. Mom, didn't you say you were Auntie Tong Wan's best friend?"

Qin Shuzhen shot her a stern look. "This is all because of you."

Ye Qingzi lowered her head in silence.
