Nikolai stared at the glass of wine in his hand then his grasp tightened till the glass broke. Blood dripped from his hand but he couldn't care less. Right now he was at a total loss after everything Mineah had told him.

"She sure harbors so many secrets," he weakly muttered. Then he let out a sarcastic chuckle followed by a curse as he recalled how he passed out twice while they were making love. It turned out she was taking his energy to save his brother…
