Renard had a small smirk on his lips. Anytime Renard had this kind of happiness around him, Jessica was uncomfortable because something gruesome was about to take place. Renard finally spoke loud, "I have a meeting with the terrible twenty and I want you to accompany me there."

Renard's command hung in the air as Jessica tried to comprehend the gravity of his request. Setting up a meeting with the Terrible Twenty was no small feat, A set of elite vampires known for their cruelty and lack of remorse, they were all working under Renard and the reasons behind it remained shrouded in mystery.

"Why?" Jessica questioned, her brow furrowing. "What's going on?"

Renard, his expression unreadable, replied, "We shall discuss the matter once we reach the underground."
