To evolve to the Super soldier stage one needs to break the gene chain by restructuring and remodifying their cells to form super cells and then adding foreign cells into that cell to modify the gene structure.

With the modification, the gene constraint is removed and the genetic structure is altered, granting untapped power and unimaginable strength to use Dust!
