As Conradin pushed open the ornate wooden door to the chamber, he stepped into the room that would now put him through the countless memories of his childhood. He was momentarily greeted by the grandeur of the space, with its opulent furnishings and richly adorned walls. The warm, golden light streaming in from the tall windows lent an air of majesty to the room.

In the center of this regal chamber, Conradin's gaze fell upon a figure standing in front of a high-backed, intricately carved chair. It was Queen Mother Elisabeth and she stood there with a dignified air befitting her station. Her tall forehead framed her face, and her clear, blue eyes held a hint of weariness. A cascade of golden hair framed her features, contrasting with her small, slightly upturned nose, which had a distinctive, potato-like appearance. Delicate wrinkles had etched their mark beneath her eyes, a testament to the years of challenges and responsibilities she had faced.
