It turned out that the teleportation technology of the Witch World was indeed well-developed. Almost the instant Noelle Rose finished clicking "Agree," specks of light flooded the mountaintop chamber, and shortly afterward, outside the pavilion, an over two-meter-tall figure materialized.

"Junior Sister, you've arrived."

Spider Teacher had just wanted to stand up to extend a welcome, but upon entering, the Dragon Witch paid her no attention. Those domineering and authoritative golden dragon eyes merely swept over the private room and finally settled on a certain little witch who had been leisurely eating melon, waiting to watch the spectacle, transforming the disdain in her gaze into gentleness, like water.

Dorothy, who had been contentedly snacking while anticipation rose for the ceremony to begin, in order to see what sort of surprise her dorm mate had mentioned, was truly startled at this point.
